Hi everyone! I have applied to the 2016 RN Residency program with Piedmont Hospital, and wanted to start a thread for anyone else that has applied. I wanted to see if anyone out there has went through the residency program with Piedmont and could share some thoughts or insight as to what it was like for them. Also, if anyone has interviewed for the residency could you share a little bit about how it went and what it was like.

clemnurse 22 Posts Oct 29, 2015 I just interviewed with Piedmont Atlanta for the Critical Care residency yesterday. I talked to two nurse managers both from the CVICU and they said they give their recommendations to the other ICU managers as well. they asked why i was there to interview, why piedmont, why critical care, some usual behavioral questions (strengths/weaknesses) and gave some knowledge based scenarios you needed to work through. they said the recruiter would be contacting me with their decision either way good or bad in the next few days so hopefully don't have too wait to long. What did everyone apply for?

Not trying to be nosey about their decision but I was just curious how long it takes for them to get back to people because I just interviewed with them yesterday!
