Hi! I am on the process of applying and I would like to ask if is it more advisable to apply personally to a hospital or to just wait for a call (application was submitted on-line)...just weighing things so i hope you'll be a hand...Some called but they belong to a recruiting company/agency and I am somehow having a second thought on them....Thanks:idea:

The more proactive you are the better your chances....now notice I said proactive not bugging them!

Even after sending in e-mail applications I send a MAILED resume and cover letter and perhaps a note to please notify me about this "wonderful opportunity that I am eager to know more about!"

If they haven't called me three days after the e-mail I call back and just talk to a HR person saying I am very happy to have any information about my resume and anything I can do to help the process so that I may become a member of their wonderful team....

Use your key words! And know their mission statement and feel free to use it proactively!

Good luck..and don't forget to send a thank you card for any interviews...my secret really, but I have gotten jobs based on that alone because I took the time, and shows good old fashioned work ethics!
