Looking for other students who are applying at Pasco-Hernando State College for Spring 2018.
What is your pre-req GPA and your teas? Are you in county? I hope my composite score is good enough! (If you don't know how to come up with your composite score it's (Pre-req GPA/4 x .45 x 100) + (Teas x .5) + (Add 5 only if you are a Pasco or Hernando resident.) )
My GPA is 3.8
My Teas is 78
I'm in county.
Composite: 86.75%
I can't believe applications start this month! I'm excited/nervous!
Was wondering why I hadn't received an acknowledgment letter; called Mr. Truitt and left him a voicemail. Apparently, my applications were never forwarded from Porter to West! Thankfully, it was their mistake, and I was processed this past Monday!
Anyways, @Alikaht, this was a portion of my Monday email from Mr. Truitt: Notifications should go out before the end of this weekâ€.
Unsure if that means by email or by mail? If I don't hear by Monday (last day to apply to LPN), I'm applying.
The new LPN deadline is Oct 9th due to everything that happened with the hurricane. They wouldn't postpone giving our results without also postponing the LPN. Either way I hope they got the meeting together so we can all find out sooner rather than later!
@Relyea96 I'm so sorry that happened to you, but I'm glad they were able to fix that for you and put you in the running! And thanks for letting me know about it going out by the end of this week. I hope we know by Monday! It's been a long wait with the hurricane putting this so far behind!
@shawnarbp Thank you for letting me know about LPN. That makes me feel so much better because I don't want to have to spend the money for it if I get into RN!
