Looking for other students who are applying at Pasco-Hernando State College for Spring 2018.
What is your pre-req GPA and your teas? Are you in county? I hope my composite score is good enough! (If you don't know how to come up with your composite score it's (Pre-req GPA/4 x .45 x 100) + (Teas x .5) + (Add 5 only if you are a Pasco or Hernando resident.) )
My GPA is 3.8
My Teas is 78
I'm in county.
Composite: 86.75%
I can't believe applications start this month! I'm excited/nervous!
@Relyea96 I have not received my letter either. I already talked to Ryan and he said they are still sending the letters out everyday so it may be because you applied a bit later, like I did.
I believe that I applied on the 4th of August, so that could definitely be a factor. However, at this point, I may get an acceptance/denial letter before then! Lol.
Hi, just giving you guys an update! My friend called yesterday, and they told her the last of the acknowledgment letters went out yesterday. However, due to the storm, the offer/waitlist letters will not be mailed until next week.
Hey you guys I received my acknowledgement letter in the mail On Sept 5. (Due to the craziness and my birthday happen to be when he storm hit) I have not been able to post anything. On the letter it says we should know something by the first week of September. But as you guys may know that will be pushed back since the college has been closed since last Thursday and wont reopen until the 18th. So I'm crossing my fingers that we will know soon. Good luck you guys!!!
Staff has to be at PHSC Friday, so I'm hoping they mail out the letters then. If not, hopefully they'll get to it ASAP next week. This storm has put everything so far behind!
Hey you guys, Just got another update. I talked to Ryan who is in charge of our applications. Unfortunately the selection board meeting was canceled due to the hurricane. so Ryan says its gonna be at least another week before they can meet. Hopefully we find out before the end of next week.
Is anyone else applying to LPN as a backup just in case you don't get accepted to RN? It definitely looks like we won't know before the deadline is up for LPN.
