I'm moving your post to the International Nursing forum, which is where we try to keep all questions have to do with immigration and licensure in another country.
Have you checked the website of the Ohio BON? You can access it from this site: click on the "Resources" tab in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on "Boards of Nursing" in the drop-down menu. After that screen opens up, scroll down to "Ohio Board of Nursing" and click on that link. Once you are on the OH BON site, click on "Licensure" in the list of topics on the left of the screen. When the "Licensure" page opens up, scroll down to the bottom and there is a link to information for foreign educated nurses.
Best wishes!

Since you are already thru the application process for VT, would go ahead and do the test for them. They will issue you a hard license and then you can endorse to Ohio. It will be much easier and faster for you to follow this route.
You do need to check the requirements for Ohio for endorsing, still think that they require the CES for endorsment. But it is easier to write the exam then wait for that to be completed for them to let you sit for the exam.
Where you actually write the exam has no bearing on the state that you are writing it for. Just like one is able to write the exam in Makati. Even with petition approval, it is still months before you will be able to start to work. You will have plenty of time to get your license for Ohio by the time that you can actually begin to work.
Best of luck to you on your upcoming marriage.

Thanks ma'am Suzanne, that is the very thing I was hoping I could do, to have an endorsement from Vermont.
Thank you so much ma'am. More power!
:
My credentials review from Vermont was approved was last year, I just need to register at PearsonVue. Does it have an expiration date until when I am allowed to register at PearsonVue? would it be ok if I just register when I arrive Ohio then take the exam there? Of course I will be issued a license for Vermont and just get an endorsement after to work for Ohio, Is that possible?
I am actually confused coz my mind's occupied with the petition's paperworks.
Please I need your advise so I am sure of what steps to make.
Thank you so much and God bless you all.

There usually is a expiry date on how long approval to sit the exam is and also once you have received ATT there is an expiry date. Does it say anything on your eligibility letter? If not you may have to contact BON and ask
