In the process of putting together my application for PBISN 2013. Who else is applying? I'm curious to hear from current students and recent grads--what was your background? Your NLN scores/GPA? Thoughts on the program?
Good luck everyone!
i'm also confused about the 2 books that require a PDA....i am all for books on my iPad and everything but when I look them up it seems like its a CD that is mailed to you...that doesn't work for my iPad or macbook because neither one have a CD drive...I don't understand that part...anyone advice from former students????
@ Julcincotta I think for the PDA they are apps you can download online, so it can fit your ipad. I think the one you will be worried about is the Nursing 101 where there is a skills CD we have to get. I think that's important it probably tells us things visually or have study tools. But yeah if a former or current student can tell us if it's important that would be helpful.

Hello,
so as far as the book list you need
1
2
3
and 8
the others are not needed right now.
Make sure you keep up on the math calculations after you take it online because they will throw math questions on other tests.
Hey so I just found out from one of my fellow classmates that when he got interviewed she told him that BI will offer a bachelor program before he graduates (he graduates in 2015) and she was very confident when she told him he said to me. So you still have hope if you are interested. to: sesiliachan
Supposedly this program is suppose to start the fall of 2014 but they haven't given us much details.
Hey everyone so just wondering if anyone got any of those books yet??And for the PDA does that mean that if I purchase an iPad that I would have to bring that to class everyday? What if I just bring my macbook instead, would the professors mind? I'm in ATOP btw
Thanks!
You don't need any of the PDA apps. You will never use it. If you need to look something up, google it. Trust me, our professors do that exact same thing in class. Professors don't mind if you bring your laptop/macbook.

Yes you have to order via Jen Scrubs because they are the only ones who can sew the school's logo/name on the uniform. No other company has that authority from my knowledge...And you need to order by August 12th, the email that was sent out to everyone earlier this week. I'm 5'4 and the scrubs were long for me, but I'm slim. They kinda fit true to size in my opinion...you will just have to take a chance or buy 2 diff kinds....should have came for uniform fittings to try on! @JodiNY
