PHCC spring 2012 lpn applicants

Hi everyone! Just wondering if there are any other Phcc lpn applicants going crazy out there? The waiting is killing me, and I'm afraid my husband might murder me if I don't stop Freaking out lol. Between stalking the mail carrier and talking about it all the time, he is over it. Can't blame him either. So just looking to see if any others are doing the same.

I handed in my acceptance and picked up my packet this afternoon!! So excited!

It says classes are Tues- Fri...I wonder if we are off Mondays entirely or if we will have clinicals that day?

I found a CPR class for 45 bucks and signed up...best price I could find...can't wait to start checking things off that list!!

From what I read we have the first month without clinicals... so, Monday off entirely. I did find a CPR class for $40, but I live in Spring Hill. You live in the Trinity area, right?

I would love to have my child near me. But mine is in 1st grade.

Springhopeful- my one year old goes to the daycare on campus. It is a fantastic program. And like you, love having him on campus with me. Another thing is you can look into a child care grant through the campus. I don't know how your financial situation is at home, but its worth looking into. I'm picking up my packet tomorrow in between classes. Yipppeeee!!! Again Congrats to you and still waiting for everyone else to get theirs!!

Congrats RedSoxGirl78 Woohoo! So happy for you!!!

Nothing yet. Springhopeful can I ask you what your TEAS was exactly? It was 74 but you get the 5% for being Pasco Hernando resident. I'm right behind you in the scoring I believe. You all are so sweet to let me join you so quickly and be so supportive of me. Thank you!

So if the one girl RedSox78 talked to got in, Redsox78 got in, Springhopeful got in that is 3/10 and it is happening right away! Great thing!

I'm reallllly hoping that the number of 10 alternates was correct cause that only leaves 7 more to call and I feel so close! :)

The health coordinator, admissions, and the assistant to the dean of nursing all said it, so I am hoping that's true. We will just assume it is and same with all 10 always make it!
