I want to meet some of you! I'm just getting ready to take my last 3 finals, have been studying for the TEAS for months now, and will be able to apply for next fall's nursing program (YAYAY!) I'd love to hear from some potential future classmates, how you are doing/ did with pre-reqs/ TEAS, and share the excitement upon acceptances!

Dumb question - are lpn transitions in the same classes as reg RN or do they have a different set of classes to take?

My understanding - please correct me someone if I am mistaken: They are NOT considered into ADN numbers, no. Their program runs two semesters and runs parallel to the last two semesters of the previous years class.

Example, the LPN's that start bridge this fall will start taking transition forms of Adult NUR I and Maternal/Child in Aug. Fall 2013 ADN students will also be taking Mat/Child course, different class. Then they will join in the final semester with the ADN taking the Adult II, Adult III and Role & Scope. So Fall 2013 ADN students and 2014 Bridge will all finish at the same time. Make sense?

Now whether they actually join into the same classes as the ADN for the last semester of their bridge, I don't know for sure.

I'm funny about calling. My thinking is the more we bother them, the less time they have to work, thus the longer it takes to get the letters out!

But, if someone else does, more power to them!

I've definitely thought of this :) But, if they were smart they would save themselves the problems and time of calls and just say "we will mail all letters on June xx" so we could all stop freaking out!!
