Not for the schools in my area. The only thing you can take prior to NS besides prereq's is patho.

I'm sure you can easily find a pharmacology class at community colleges or online.
my school offers pathophysiology which I will take in fall, I am trying to think of a class to take in the spring while I wait and take the teas next fall; possibly some class I may have to take for a BSN; I just don't want to sit around spring & summer; I would like to get rid of a class that doesn't have the NUR in front of the course. possibly a class someone has taken that they liked or helped them in the program or found was useful in the field
Just an FYI, some schools (or maybe, most) will have you as a cohort, so even if you take pharmacology at one school, it will not transfer in. These classes are considered co-requisites where you take specific classes together in a specific semester. I would look around and make sure that these schools you're interested in will accept transfer credit of said classes.

My school combines it with assessment and pharmacology in first semester, then with medsurg second semester so there would be no way to take it ahead of time.

I agree with other comments. I am in second semester and taking Pathopharmacology along with Med/Surg and Peds (each separately). It actually has proven to be difficult because a lot of the material was needed for background and understanding in Med/Surg, so my program is moving the course into the first semester to be taken with Foundations and Assessment. I would have preferred that!
Good luck whenever you are able to take it!
