Anyone here worked at PGH before? Looks like they're hiring. While waiting out the retrogression, might as well, right?

are they still accepting applicants?

Hi i belong to those whe were hired last sept 2008. luckily, 26 of us will be deployed this coming sept 6! yey. after 2 yrs of waiting finally id be able to work in pgh. for those who are still applicants or have been hired already but yet to be deployed, don't lose hope!

@gambutrol do you know when is the next date for APCN ?

and what ICU can you suggest to me the best one to be assigned? or maybe the most useful when I go to abroad?

...maybe i should register for APCN while waiting for the next NPE.. what do you think?

Im from BICOL, I only have 3-months volunteer work from a tertiary hospital here and 6-months paid trainee as DOLE nurse [the project sponsored by DOLE, PGH, and PRC]

try CENICU.. they have varied cases their..

i think that the next APCN will be on December. I have batchmates who started their training last June 21 and their training will end on December. godbless..

Do they give meds, insert IV, do charting, etc?

What wards they were assigned ?

How many months is the DIDACTIC ?

Was it really intimidating to train there because most of them are from UP, PLM, etc
