Petitioning for DCCC 2014 Nursing Program

Peace Everyone! I am currently a Pre-Nursing student at Delaware County Community College. I take my TEAS test July 30. I've been studying on and off since last month. I am trying not to be nervous about it. I'm beyond determined to get in! Is there anyone else who has taken the TEAS yet? what scores are considered good enough to get in?? My GPA is fine, and I will be complete all my pre reqs by next Spring. What scores would be considered TEAS test "Waiting List" scores?

What was your first score like?

I got an 86 overall... I have no clue where I need to be but I heard an 88 was average last year for getting in. Makes me so nervous!

That is a superb score!!!! I guaranteed that you would definitely get accepted at Marple Campus. What Campus were you applying for?

Thanks so much. I applied at Marple. I have 3 kids and this is career change for me so I can't keep waiting- I need this! Lol I hope I get in!! :( are you nervous about things? How about your details?

Oh you'll be fine! I applied for Marple Campus as well. I got a 75 second try. GPA 3.5 I have two children and I work as a CNA in a hospital. I was a little nervous at first, now I'm just trying to keep a positive mindset. I did everything as far as FBI clearence etc very early so all I had to do was take the test. I'm just praying on it now....

I work at St. Christopher's Hospital. I looooove it!! Peds ROCK!!!!!:D My long term goal is Certified Pediatric Nurse.

Hi guys! I'm also petitioning for fall 2014. Every thread I see people are posting their overall scores. Doesn't it go by reading first this year and not overall? Thanks!

Yes, you're right! I found this out few weeks ago. It's reading first, then if a tie goes to science. Sooo stressed about it! Hate that we have to wait until end of year :(
