So, I got an email from HR saying they want me to take a test online to determine if I can move forward in the recruitment process. From my research, I have discovered that this is some sort of personality test and people have been denied employment because they failed it.
Any advice for me as I attempt to jump through flaming hoop number#5 to get a job as a new grad? Do I answer what I think they want to hear or do I go the super honest route?
Any insight is sincerely appreciated!

I did a personality test and what appeared to be a intelligence test.
This was at a recruitment company.
I was shocked as I did not believe the recruitment company consultants had the background to interpret such tests.
I was rejected. Must have been too dumb or too smart ?? Too much of a leader or a big indian ???
The experience was odd. The personality questions were silly ( mostly 'always' and 'never' questions)
I will try not to use a recruitment company ever again
Agree with the above comment. I wouldn't want to work for an organisation that utilises such recruitment methods

All I can say is THANK GOD that I have never been in the position of having to take a personality test in order to get a job. I don't believe for a nanosecond that the results will truly let you know if a person will be a good fit for a job or an organization.
Well, on second thought, maybe it does tell you something about it -- I already know that I would not be a good fit for any organization that believes in such BS enough to base hiring decisions on it!!!!!!
