Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has ever worked for Pediatric services of america? I have spoke with them on the phone and they suggested that I ofcourse come in for an interview. I told them I have hh experience but no peds experience. They said that was fine because they have excellent training. Thier payscale($14.50 hr for LPN's) was a few dollars less than most other places I have worked and interviewed. I don't mind making less if I'm getting educated and experience for my resume as well as my career, but I wonder how good they really are to work for. So if any of you are familiar with them please let me know.:uhoh21:

They pay poorly, they have no real benefits, poor respect for employees, just a warm body to fill a need.

if you are near an office, try Gentiva..national company, some minor benefits but really good training (ww.Gentiva.com)for locations

:) Thanx for the replies guys and saving me the 2 hrs. of my life that I would have wasted with filling out application and interview. Not to mention getting dressed up to go:rotfl: :rotfl: . Renarien I pm'd you back. And thanx for informing me about the benefit pkg. That is a neccisity since I was diagnosed type 1 diabetes last year and I'm uninsured at this point. Diabetes isn't controlled nearly enough to work 40 hrs. yet. and that is an expensive problem at this point so am looking for prn or like 20-25 hrs weekly and insurance. So I will continue to search.
