Journal clubs

I am interested in starting a journal club for our PICU nurses. Not sure how to set it up. Any guidelines, as far as group size, one topic or various at a session, time length,frequency, etc? Also how to make it appealing so that it is something that the nurses will want to participate in. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

The only journal club I was in met once a month and discussed one topic only that meeting. We decided topics months in advance to give people time to research and one person was in charge of 'presenting', although anyone could participate. search for journal clubs (related to medicine or not) in your area. Physicians and lawyers and professors are most likely to be members. Check with local university deans. Good luck.
