Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
hi! i just applied for the quick results and it said i passed! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! i hope for the same results from the Board of Nursing of NY!!! the pearson vue trick works!
Ok, so I took my NCLEX-RN boards yesterday at 2pm and did the trick 3 hours later with the PASS pop up! I went to the Indiana Licensing Page today and my RN license number was already up and ACTIVE!!!! I didnt even have to pay the $8 for the pearson quick result thingy! Thats amazing it hasnt even been 24 hours yet and I found out! Keep checking guys! It may come up later!
This trick DOES work!! I took my NCLEX in Atlanta, GA on 06/17/2010. As soon as I arrived home, I tried the trick as stated in the beginning of this post (in red). It did not go to the credit card screen. On Saturday 06/19 I received the result that I passed. Everybody in my nursing class has been using this trick and so far it worked for everyone who has taken the exam! Everyone has passed so far and nobody was taken to the credit card screen ;-) !
I wish the PVT trick work. I took nclex -rn today, check the trick 40min after the test, got a good pop up, and try againt in 1 hr later still have a good pop up, then 2 hr, 3hr, and 5hr later still got a good pop up. I really wish is work. Please god tell me it's work..
Toook the nclex-rn @ 8am this morning. After much anxiety and staring at the computer screen, I finally did the PVT and got the good popup!! Let's hope this trick still works as of today
took my nclex @ 7 this morning.....had to sit in the parking lot about an hour afterwards in tears...i just know i failed....i tryed the trick and it won't let me re-register....OMG....my stomach has NEVER been in so many flips and knots and butterflies and everything else......48 hours to go
I took my RN June 15th in CA, still waiting for results, got good pop-up, feel confident that I passed, but I just wonder about the fact CA doesn' release test results until they have your final transcripts, maybe the good pop up will switch to bad once CA has transcripts and releases results??? I'll let everyone know, I got my final transcripts today and overnighted to the BON, should know by Monday if I passed.
pearson vue and transcripts has nothing to do with each other. They just don't release your results until all paper work is complete and they can say your a nurse, congrats:yeah:
so your friends paid for the quick results and it said they failed but they still got their liscense??? that seems impossible to me, i could see the trick being wrong but the quick results too??

It worked for me. I got the "good" pop-up (tried about an hour after I got home from the test) and found out the next morning from my BON that I passed!
OMG!!! i took my NCLEXPN MAY18 2010 i tried the PVT and got a "GOOD POP UP' but until now i dont have the result through mail.veryday i cheched if i have a mail.. but it seems like its taking too long, most of my classmate got their result lessthan a month... huhuhu
i'm back to confirm that the pvt does work. i checked the mi bon website yesterday and my license number was posted. i'm now a registered nurse. omg, it's so amazing to be able to say that good luck to all waiting on their results.
adding my imput to this thread as it has helped me so much...
i took the nclex-rn this morning (06/18/2010). i stopped at 75 questions (1 hour), and was not too happy as i didn't feel that i could have proved my competence with the 60 questions that were counted. as with most people in the same stituation, i had a bunch of select all that apply (sata), prioritizing, and meds that i had never heard of. there was a mix of questions from all the content areas (mostly med/surg of course). i did not get any math question, or any of the other alternative type questions.
since i already read all the other experiences about the test i understood that what i was feeling was to be expected. after the test i went straight to the movies to unwind. i didn't even feel like doing the pearson vue trick as i really could not deal with the thought of not passing. i decided to try it after the prompting of my parents and realizing that there's no point in postponing the inevitable. thankfully i got the good pop-up. will be checking the mi bon on monday/tuesday to confirm everything of course.
i'm extremely greatful for this thread and encourage everyone to share their experiences with the pvt.
