Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

The trick worked for me!!!! I took NCLEX-RN on Thurs, Feb 4 and got the good pop up right when I got home. I found my name on the BRN website early this morning (Tues, Feb 9) . I'm from California, so I had to wait a couple extra days since Friday was a Furlough day and then the weekend. Good luck to everyone! It's the best feeling ever!

FYI- California BRN updates their license verification page EARLY in the morning... 12am/3am-ish

The PV Trick worked for me!!! I took nclex-rn for NC on 2/6/09, did the trick, got the good pop up and got my results yesterday as passed!!! So far every person in my nursing class has done the trick and it has been correct, we also havnt had anyone fail yet either to test the theory...

Does the pop up happen right away in the very beginning of the registration process or only when you go to pay?

I just got back from my test and checked the website and I got the popup, but I'm wondering, how soon is too soon to check that way??? Is it an immediate thing or not?? I'm freaking out - that was the worst test I have ever taken in my life and I feel so uneasy about it...

I checked mine 2 1/2 hrs after the test, and got the good pop up. But then again, I checked the Board of Nursing website immediately after, and my license # was already listed, so I'm not sure how much help that was!

as long as the status of your test says "delivery successful" your good to go... be sure to fill up all the needed info. goodluck! God speed!:)

ok, all those who took NCLEX PN in Ca, they are working on Jan 15th. I took mine on Jan 20th, almost there!!!!

I took the NCLEX PN in Ca also on Jan 30th, I looks like the wait will be at least 3 weeks! Let us know when you get your result! Did the pearson trick let you go to the cc page or did it stop you?

It stopped me!!! I got the good pop up!!! yaaay!!! I hope yaay!!! lol

The trick makes me wonder if some people are just going straight to "register" when you go to the pearson web page. I think if you do that then it will give you the cc page because you are starting all over, but if you sign in and the try to schedule an appointment it'll give you the good pop up. I studied for the NCLEX-PN exam and did well in nursing school but I dont think any of it seemed to have helped. The computer stopped me at 85 questions with 1 math and alot SATA. Anyone have a similar experience with the NCLEX PN? By the way, I too, got the good pop up!
