Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed. Nursing Students NCLEX Article

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam? 

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

The trick worked for me- one hour after the test, 24 hours after, 48 hours after and then my name was listed on the board of nursing!

I COMPLETELY understand how you feel... I was so sick the day I took mine. couldnt eat dinner, I paced the floors, I looked up answers to questions that I was able to remember (only to find out that I got a few wrong, which didnt help, I was then convinced that I had failed), I didnt get to sleep till 1 in the morning. During that time period, I found this website & I read the trick thread for a while & then I tried it. Getting that pop-up really eased my mind. Friday, my house got the BEST cleaning of its life, LOL, then I went to work & got up at 7:15 am. My advice? Try to keep yourself & mind occupied... clean, go to the gym, blast some music, drink.... something! But STOP looking at the pearson website because it will not be there till the morning. They are an hour behind us, I would plan on checking it at 9am on the nose.... havent heard of anyone ever getting it earlier than that, so try to sleep in a little. Since you got the "good pop-up", I'm sure you will be fine. I took mine in Scanton, how 'bout you?

nursgirl is there a way to e-mail you? I have some info in regards to CA BRN...

I know you can send me a private message on here... I would LOVE some info about CA BRN... I took NCLEX-RN in CA on 01-14-10 and found out my college didn't send transcripts til 01-17-10... BRN says allow 3 weeks after they recieve transcripts so I'm stilllllllllllll waiting for results... got the good pop up though *crossing fingers*... :p

First of all, thank God for helping me pass my cali nclex pn. just got the results today!!!! so happy!!!! i tested on dec 21st tried pearson an hour after, and then everyday. ive been getting the good pop up. from the beginning. I would have got my results on jan 13, however my paper was sent to enforcement because of traffic ticket. but i finally got my letter today, jan 23.. i ppppaassseeddd!!! pvt really works guys. i know 2 peeps that failed and went to cc page. so for short cc= fail( but dont loose hope), good pop up 99.99 passed.. good luck and God bless future nclex takers!!! eventually we all r gna b succesful nurses.. This is my first post. I took the NCLEX-RN in San Francisco, California on 1/22/10 and am checking the Board of Registered Nursing every few hours. I did the "Pearson Vue Trick" and it gave me the "good" pop, supposedly meaning that I passed...I hope this is REAL because I got 141 questions and I know for sure I got the last question right...The other 140 questions, I don't even remember...It's all a blurr to me! I am hoping this is real and I will post when I get the results or I see my name on the Board of Registered Nursing. Will talk to you all then.

Question !!! Do I have to wait 48 hours from the time my test was started or, the time that I finished the test to find out my results (ito get my quick results) ?!! Help !:confused:

ok so i was a bit nervous about this trick....but i tried it a week after my test date dec 29th 2009....and then another week after that....i kept gettin the pop up twice.....and i got my results yesterday jan 22nd 2010.....and well.....I PASSSSSED....woot...i believe it now...makes perfect sense....good luck to everyone else waiting...now another 3-4 weeks for my actual license card....this was for the lvn/lpn and i took all 205 questions. done in caliufornia...yay im a super nurse woot

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post! I took the NCLEX-RN yesterday and walked away feeling STUPID!

Has anyone gotten the good pop up only to later find out that they failed? Or has anyone initially gotten the goof pop up and then later get forwarded to the CC page?

My other question is: Does it matter how you answer the yes/no questions on the Pearsonvue page before trying the trick?
