Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
maybe they got sick of me calling qd...lol...However I don't think that the test date makes a diffrence b/c one of my friends took her exam on the 11 and the other on the 14th and they haven't received their results either. I am sure that you passed, just stay prayerful and keep thanking God for bringing you this far! Good luck to you and you will have your results anyday now....Trust me I know that the wait is torture, i started going crazy last week, but never stopped believing in the LORD....
Hi there please don't give up, try and try until you succeed!!!!!With a perseverance attitude it will pay off later on. If you stumble pick yourself up....That happened to me the first time, I didn't pass....The next time around I passed just 2 days ago......!!!!!
thanks sasha21, that means alot. i've really been down in the dumps since i got that ugly c.c. pg. i'm gonna try an pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back to studying. although now i feel like i don't even know what to study. any suggestions. i used the nclex book and cd. didnt help me obviously.
oh yeah, and congrats on passing, great job!!!!!
its not the end of the world.. I did pvt as soon as i got home and went straight to cc page. Yes iwas depressed for days but why stress myself out..were not the only ones who failed.. I know ppl who took it more than twice so dont burden yourself, uet it should strive u to work much much harder. I took the test end of aug and till nowno results. Bon is only working onaug 11 results...at least u get quick results ca does not offer that..currently im studying again to give me that 45 dAy span. My husband said if i failed at least i started studying, if i passed i just made myself more knowledgable by studying. Either way theres a gain! So in the meantime no need to cry just think of wAys to accomplish and pass the secomd time around, yes its another 200 but think of it this way you will get that money back once you start your career as a nurse! Good luck and keep me posted. Until i have the hard copy results in my hand then will i believe the pvt! Hope for the best!!!
thankyou. thanks for the support. i guess thats what this site is all about. fellow nurses helping each other out. i'll keep you posted.
Hi Ssgallardo:
Did you take the NCLEX-RN?
Anyway, I took the EXCEL class(they teach you mostly contents-attend this one it is really worthed)their site is www.excellnursingreview.com.
I use www.medspub.com (mainly NCLEX type questions)this is on-line
Study Guide for the NCLEX-RN Exam 6th edition by Joann Zerkwekh and Jo Carol Claborn (I use it only for reference for example they have excellent illustrations of EKG) if they have the new edition buy it and I got it from Barnes and Nobles
Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN examination 3rd edition (I use it only for reference, I didn't use their CD questions , fairly easy) if they have the new edition get it from Barnes and Nobles
Prioritization, Delegation, Assignment by Linda A. Charity-this is really good- Barnes and Nobles or amazon.com-buy the use one.
I also use the Springhouse Nurse's Drug Choice 2008 from Barnes and Nobles, if they have the new edition get that one...Just study the first 90 pages where they have calculations and the breakdown of all drugs (antacids,SSRI, antibiotics, etc). I was tested with many new drugs...good thing I studied this one too...But focus on the adverse effects on each group....
Lastly, I use flashcards by memorizing lab values, ABG (respiratory acidosis..,etc),fluid and electrolytes imbalances (ex...hyponatremia....).
I was tested on Neurological disorders (ex..parkinsons -know the S&S-memorize all of them).
Lots on infection control(airborne, droplets, contact, and standard precautions-know all the diseases that link with airborne and so forth..and the nurses implementation.....
I have lots of select all that apply.....
I received cultural questions , maternity, growth and development across life span, peds, endocrine disorders, and cardiovascular disorders.
ALWAYS REMEMBER ABC (AIRWAY, BREATHING, AND CIRCULATION) AND MASLOW.
Hope this helps and best wishes,,,,you will make it,,,stay positive all the time,,,I know someone that took the 7th time and she passed!!!!!And ALWAYS pray.
Prado,That's not very true, I got classmates that rec'd results within 2wks, 5wks and all passed. The gal at the board told me u get ur result depending on if there is alot people taking nclex that week or month or if that week falls under a holiday expect for delay of ur results.
Hi Ashlvn:
