ok, to all of you who r tryin to do the trick.....IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if u get sent to the credit card page, hate to tell ya, u failed....dont mean to be so harsh, but i think youd rather wanna know the truth then b lied to. i took my pn in sept, did the trick n i went straight to the credit card page. found out 2 days later, i failed. its no joke. trust it. im in ohio. people the trick really works. im sorry to get yer hopes down but now u know u need to study harder next time. im retestin this mon the 4th. i know how u all feel, n its not a good feelin. i cried for bout 2-3 days. but i got through it. we all will. keep yer heads up n tell yerself youll do better next time. u can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow, you must be "super nurse" or something. you act as if youve never gotten a bit flustered before. thats something they should teach in school, 'how not to become flustered in the nursing field'. i can't count how many lpn's, rn's, d.o.n.'s, administrator's and especially stna's that i've seen, get a little flustered at times. i've been in the nursing field for 14 yrs and i've never seen anyone not get flustered. as for b.o.n. doin their jobs, i agree, they are doin their jobs but they also know that at certain times schools will be graduating lots of nurses so why not increase the employees so that the paper work can get done just a little bit quicker. it only makes sense, but then of course when things make sense to people it never gets done anyways so whatever i guess.

THANK YOU!!!!! what you said was very inspiring to me. i wasnt too sure bout that cram exam, i've been to the book store twice, picked up that book twice and both times i've put it back. maybe i need to pick it up and buy it this time. i'm waiting for the kaplan book to come in, should be in today. is it worth getting? i took the nclex-pn a week ago. q.r. comfirmed i failed. now im studying lippincott's 8th edition. ?'s seem very similar to nclex test. hope i do better next time. wish me luck.

keep yer head up. i know exactly how you feel. i took my test (pn) in ohio on the 23. had the max. 205 ?'s just as you did. boy did i ever feel stupid. i felt like i never even went to school. the ?'s, to me , i thought were very hard. i'm studying 'lippincott's review for nclex-pn, 8th edition'. i'm finding that the set up of the ?'s are very similar to the way they were on the nclex. check it out and see what you think. i'm waiting for a kaplan book to come in to the book store, should be in tomorrow. hopefully that one helps too. i'll let you know, but definately check out lippincott's

hello everyone, took my test on wed. 23rd. nclex-pn in ohio. my gut feeling told me i didn't pass. a classmate an i went together. went to ohio brd of nrsg site thur. nite bout 11pm and checked to she if she had her license no. she did. was scared to death to check mine but i did anyways, i had nothing. at that point i new for sure i failed. not to mention, i did the trick about 2 hrs after i took the test. first it said ' results on hold' little while later, straight to c.c. pg. on wed afternoon i was already at the book store looking for books to use for study. bought one. friday came and about 1 p.m. i checked for my quick results, I FAILED! friday afternoon i was out buying another book.......... trust me people, THE TRICK WORKS.... unfortunately for me it worked in the wrong direction. i cried for 2 days. oh well, better luck next time i guess.

i totally agree with you. i took my nclex-pn on 9-23, in ohio. i felt like i new nothing while taking that test. it was very hard. i can check my quick results tomorrow but i know i failed it. i've already started looking at what books i should use for studying. i had the max. 205 ?'s and i feel like i guessed at 120 of them. that test made me feel like i was stupid.

thanks, i actually took nclex-pn but alot of what u mentioned was on my test that i took yesterday. alot of new drugs, peds, endocrine, had alot of SATAs. every little bit helps, so thanks again. i'll keep you posted.

thanks sasha21, that means alot. i've really been down in the dumps since i got that ugly c.c. pg. i'm gonna try an pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back to studying. although now i feel like i don't even know what to study. any suggestions. i used the nclex book and cd. didnt help me obviously. oh yeah, and congrats on passing, great job!!!!!

just took my nclex-pn this morning in ohio. had the max. 205 ?'s. did not have a good feeling about it at all! i really felt like i guessed at all of it. thats no joke. that thing was hard! my classmate next to me only had the min. 85 ?'s. we got to her house did the trick and mine said "results are on hold blah, blah, blah". felt kinda good about it cuz at least it didnt send me to the c.c.page. well, i got home and thought i'd try it again. not so good this time. I got that ugly stupid c.c. page! i keep going back to the site and doing it over and over again hoping it will change and i'll get the "good" pop-up. no such luck. i've been crying ever since. how could i have messed this thing up? $200.00 wasted!!!!!!!!! and now i gotta spend another $200.00 to retake the darn thing!!! somebody please tell me what the heck they use that $200.00 for? does pearsonvue think that we can just go into our back yards and pull $200.00 off a tree!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats alot of money just to take a test. sorry, i'm just a little upset right now:angryfire anyways, good luck to all who haven't taken the dreadful test. i'm sure you'll do better than i did.

hello everyone. so, i took "the test" this morning. nclex-pn, in ohio. i had the max. 205 ?'s. my classmate next to me had the min. 85 ?'s. i felt like it didn't know crap!!!!!! that thing was hard. even after doing the pre-nclex test twice in school, this thing today was almost impossible. i know i'm not as stupid as that darn test made me feel but i really guessed at alot of those ?'s. i felt so lost. we went back to my classmates house an did the "trick", mine came up "test results are on hold blah, blah, blah". couldn't get hers to come up for whatever reason. i felt a little relieved that mine came up the way it did cuz i was feeling like i totally blew this test. my gut feeling kept tellin me so. so, i get home and thought i'd try the "trick" again. well, not so good. it let me go all the way to the c.c. page. :-( I keep goin back an redoing the process over an over again hoping that the outcome will change and i'll get that infamous pop-up "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your board member". no such luck. :-( how could i have really blown this test? i wanted so bad to pass this thing. $200.00 wasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 yrs. of school for what, just to fail!!!! i've been crying ever since i got that ugly c.c. page. am i over reacting about not passing this the first time? i'm really down about this. has anyone else not passed and had the same feelings? maybe it's just me and i'm just stupid. i don't even wanna bother trying to get my quick results. why should i, everyone on this site who has done the trick and got the c.c page fails and the quick results tell em the same thing. why waste $7.95 only to have them tell you what you already know from just doin the trick. well, to everyone else who is taking the test soon, good luck to you all.

thank you so much for responding. that really helps me alot. i just got home from work, i'm in ohio so it is 11 p.m. here. i was really hoping that by the time i got home that somebody would have replied. thank you, thank you, thank you.:) now all i guess i can do is wait for that dreadful day and pray.

fellow nurses, i am getting ready to take the nclex(pn) next tue. the 23rd. can someone please direct me on how this "trick" works. what is the procedure and how long after you take the test do you have to wait to do the "trick"? Help, i'm scared, nervous and starting to freak out! what if i fail, omg. its been 3 months since i graduated and i feel like i forgot everything i learned in class. whew. i just want all this to be over and done with. the waiting was bad enough, waiting to see when i was "pending" then waiting for my att and now this. i'm stressin. if anyone can help me out with this process i would be greatly appreciative. i dont' want to wait anymore, the sooner i can find out if i possible passed, the better.

amasher84- you probably will be waiting for a while. it took o.b.o.n exactly 45 business days to get my classs our att's. we graduated 6-23. we were pending on the web site on 8-12. i paid my 200.00 in 8-14 and finally got our att's on 9-1. let me tell you, its been hell waiting for all this to go through. i now have my nclex scheduled for 9-29. all this waiting an now i feel like i've done forgot everything i studied for for the past 2 yrs. the waiting is absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck to you and congrats on graduating.
