Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Each time I read one or two people, ESPECIALLY if they're from CA, testifying that the PV trick isn't that accurate, my resolve weakens lol

Secondly, I have serious doubts about the, um...doubters. lol. I'll need proof that they got the "golden message" when trying to re-register and FAILED, or went all the way to the payment portion (and actually PAID) then PASSED. I think these people simply want to disagree with the majority.
Once again (beating a dead horse here), if you get the message and were PREVENTED from registering, you passed. If it lets you go all the way through the re-registering process AND pay, you've failed.
Simple as that. It just makes sense.
1. What has PV got to gain (if you passed) by paying some bank or credit card company fees to refund your money BACK to you?
2. What do they gain by preventing you from registering (if you failed), thus pushing your retake date (and their test fee) further out?
There are just TOO MANY people who have proven this works. Be grateful for it.
for me, it took me exactly 6 torturous days of waiting before i found out that i pass. i live in Hawaii and took the Ca BRN. Some people in my class took it on a Monday and found out the result Wednesday. I guess, its longer for me because they had the furlough thing every Fridays, so everything is delayed. I also think that the process is slower due to high application load that the state receives everyday. People apply all over the place, not only nationally but internationally. It sucks to wait, but what helped me was doing the PV trick. That gave me a "little" assurance that I was on the right track. Like I said before, I believe the trick is right, it worked for me and it looked like it worked for majority of people. I am also happy for those who found out that they pass despite what the negative experience.
Ok so here's my story. I graduated May 29th, I would say an average student. I decided to took a two vacation before I began studying. From mid june-july I was enrolled in a Kaplan course.. I just took the NCLEX on July 22nd. I got 265 questions! I alsmost cried about every 20 minutes during the exam. My fingers were trembling and I had this huge lump in my throat! I knew I failed. How? Because my last question was an easy question (Kaplan told us that if you get 265 and the last question is below the minimum level of difficulty needed to pass you fail, and I also read this on the NCSBN website). I remember it specifically. "A pt has hypocalcemia and does not eat dairy products. Which food item would be best for the client as a good source of calcium?" 1) corn. 2) fried beans 3) olive oil 4)raisins. (Also a very similar question was in my Kaplan Question Trainer and it was listed as comprehension. So i knew it was one of the easier ones.)
I knew I failed when I saw this question, I sucked it up and clicked on a answer (which I later found out was the wrong one. my luck). I cried immeditaly after leaving Pearson. I couldnt stop crying the whole day. I was thinking to myself, "I studied so much, how can this happen? Where do I begin now? How do I tell all my friends/family?" I didnt want to dissappoint anyone.
Since I knew i failed, I began telling everyone of what I thought my fate was, friends family etc. They thought I was being silly of course. They actually said I was too analytical and to, " Stop reseacrhing things! Just wait for the results!!!" I thanked God for getting me this far and to continue to be with me as I prepare to take it again.
I was so upset that day, crying, vomiting (sorry), sweating! I begain researching this whole "last question" thing AGAIN online. And I read a story on allnurses of a person who swore they had an easy last question and passed. I was thinking well maybe there is a glitch in the system and I will pass, because according to Kaplan and NCSBN, easy last question means probable failure. I then came across this Pearson Vue Trick blog. I read all the stories and how to do it, I was like "Why not give it a shot, I already know I failed." At first I did it wrong, I didnt log-in in first. I panicked! My suspicions were right! I continued to read blogs to see if people still passed after coming to the cc screen. Then I came across the "proper" way to do it. :-P So, here we go again. Logged in, re-registered...and...................the infamous "pop-up" appeared.... My heart dropped!
This glitch, loophole, trick, whatever you want to call it, gave me some hope, but not really beacuse, according to Kaplan and NCSBN, EASY LAST QUESTION=failure..lol. And that was more factual to me than a pop-up. Yesterday, at 12:53pm, I went online to check my states nursing site, already preparing for a "pending" because I knew I failed. BUT GUYS I DID NOT SEE "PENDING"...I SAW MY LICENSE #! I AM A REGISTERED NURSE! I CANT BELEIVE IT! YES!!!!
So all in all this Pearson Vue glitch, loophole, trick, etc worked for me! Dont listen to Kaplan or NCSBN about how the test works, it will just frusturate you! Just pray on it and you will be fine! Stay positive! I KNOW that last question was comprehension (lol), but I passed!!!! I am so excited! :)

I have spent many hours reading this thread! I take my NCLEX TODAY! I am a little freaked out as I am sure everyone is/was before their test. I will probably test the PVT but for sure I will spend therapy for 48 hours with this post! We do find out on Sunday our results w/ the "quick results". I will keep you posted. My faith is in God who has brought me this far and will go with me today!
ok. I'm freaking out. are your results supposed to be posted 48 hours from when you started your test or 48 hours from when you finished your exam?
I did the pearson vue "trick" got the " Contact your borard..... " but its been 48 hours from when i started the exam and still... nothing.... someone???
I was wondering the same thing. I checked this morning and there were no results or links to "quick results.":redbeathe I just want to see it in writing so I can celebrate...lol
haha..hahaha..pearson vue trick is definitely wrong! just cant stop laughing(and crying)..i passed the exam eventhough i make it up to the cc page! yes! hahha.. who says i failed already? omg! have faith. dont belive in this trick. its not 100% accurate. this will make you crazy. im not desperate anymore. dont stop praying. Gods will be done.

Loisalteza, Desperatern is in CA and CA do not participate in quick results. That's probably why it does not always work for them according to the previous trends. Yes, it works only thru the web and not thru the phone. I am really very hopeful that it works for me. I took the horrendous exam yesterday and was only able to sleep because of the partial relief I got when I tried the trick. Fingers still crossed in prayers as I await my quick result in the next 22 hours.
