Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

The "trick" worked for me, I got the pop up and my quick results say pass! This helped with the anxiety so much.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and have been reading all the posts on this thread. Like everyone else here, my anxiety level is through the roof and has been since yesterday. I took the NCLEX yesterday around 2pm and ended up getting 89 questions total. I wanted to cry when the computer shut off at 89 because I wanted it to keep giving me more questions. I feel like i failed miserably. I called my mom after the test and just wanted to cry to her that there was no way that i passed it. I didnt feel confident at all when i got done with the test. I had so many SATA questions, 2 math, 2-3 drag and drop, and a few med questions. I felt like i was guessing the whole time. I felt like what i really studied wasnt even on the test. Well since I've taken the test, I have been on pearson view constantly; hoping that the quick results will finally show up. I've also been searching the internet in hopes of finding something that will let me find out my results earlier. It was then that I found this site with this thread. I've tried the "trick" and I keep getting the pop up (and I've tried the trick so many times). It's relieved some of my anxiety...however, im still scared. Does the pop up truly mean that I passed? Also, the last few questions on my exam were priority questions as well as acid base balance. What do you guys think?! ugh i dont think im going to be able to sleep tonight. I really want to have passed this test! :uhoh3::uhoh3::uhoh3:

I too have tried the trick many times and still get the pop-up.. that is the only thing keeping me sane right now...lol.....I live in WV and our RN board does not have the quick results as an option.....and they usually update the site in two days but it has been almost a week........i would say if you go the pop up then u passed.......i had 75 questions: one easy math, tons of infection control, meds, priority, and patient teaching and like 7 SATA and 2 drag and drop.

:yeah::yeah::yeah: stayed on the couch for 2 days! Until I paid the quick results 48 hours later. I had to pay, 48 hours was a Saturday!lol

congrats!

I took the NCLEX-RN in California on Friday the 26th, but I didn't come across this board until Sunday morning. I had spent the last couple of days lying in bed, not wanting to eat or shower (yikes!), because I was soooo certain that I had failed. Like most of the people on this post, I had a TON of SATA, lots of medications, and one drag and drop. When the computer went blank at 75, I almost cried in front of the test moderator.

I did the "Pearson Vue Trick" like many of you suggested, and I thought I was going to have a heart attack until I saw that pop up screen that would not let me go on the the credit card screen. I know it's not "official" until you see your name on the BON, but at least it got me out of bed to eat, finally take a shower (yay!), go out for a massage, and to do things to distract myself from checking the computer screen every hour.

I actually just found out that I passed! Here's another person to put in your books that the "trick" actually works.

I want to thank everyone on this board for their input and sharing this "trick" with me. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Otherwise, I would probably still be a future nurse, lying in bed with the following nursing diagnoses: Imbalanced Nutrition: Less than body requirements, Disturbed sleep pattern, Activity Intolerance, etc. =) Haha

Good luck to everyone still waiting for their results!

Well I took my test on Monday in Wisconsin I tried the "trick" and I get the message Our records indicate you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time. So according to this site that means I passed. My mind wants me to scream and shout yes yes yes, however I took that test and felt that I got almost every question wrong. I wanted to cry like everyone else...I honestly feel so bad that I think if I did pass and was so uncertain of the decisions I made on that test how can I ever be a confident nurse? I truly feel I failed yet this site is reassuring me that I didn't I am so obsessed with knowing pass or fail I have tried the trick about 15 times with the same result everytime..I think I am truly going crazy I am so obsessed I havent slept more than 4 hours at a time I even dreamt last nite I passed and when I woke up this morning I reached for my phone to call my sister to tell her I passed when I realized it was just a dream.....grrrr how can a test make you feel so unsure of yourself? Well I will keep you posted as to wether I passed or fail...O and my test shut off at 85 questions

Well, not that any more testimonies are needed, I was a believer but again the trick is proved true! I took the NCLEX yesterday and I am on the Board of Nursing phone license lookup line as an active registered nurse in Virginia. My license was issued today! I have to say, man, NOTHING messes with your mind like this test. I too, was planning when I could take it again and how I was going to break the news of my failure to my future employer! It was a horrible couple of hours but thank God for the Pearson trick!

Hi, Another one to prove the trick worked. I just received my unofficial report this morning. I had 75 questions on 06/29/2009. The only question I remember is the one dosage calculation question, None of my classmates that passed with 75 had dosage calculations, and I felt i guessed half the time but I did the Trick and it would not let me advance to cc screen, but i was still a wreck, but this morning I got the pass results. Oh and I am in Texas if that helps.

Did you try the "trick" and got to the cc screen before you knew for sure you'd failed?

for all who are waiting on the WV BON to post licenses...if you look on the site , you will see where all the midwife, dialysis tech and prescriptive authority applications were all due on June 30....maybe that is why they are so backed up.....just a thought....

oh and FYI....the WV BON is closed this Friday due to Holiday weekend...which sucks if they dont post by Thursday

I pray to God that the trick works. I recieved the pop-up about contacting my member board. I find out whether I passed or not in 10 minutes or 100 minutes (depending on whether they let you know 2 days after you START or FINISH your test). :uhoh3:

Ok, here it is..I posted yesterday did the pearson vue trick..I got the pop-up telling me to contact my state board of nursing.ect.....Today I called the prof.license verification posed as a employer..told them I need to verify that a employee who was a GN had passed her boards..I gave my name and social security and they said my license was issued today..its only been 24hrs and I found out that I am an RN I got my license number and everything, also check the department of health site and I did see pass status..The trick worked for me..and my girlfriend tried it also the tricked worked for her also..Im in the state of florida if that helps.Congrats to those of you who passed and for those that didn't..dont give up, seriously you earned your nursing degree nobody can take that from you...atleast you get another chance to take the exam..good luck. Im happy I'm an RN:yeah:
