Pearsonvue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 3

1. Go to NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
2. Select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.
3. Click 'register' on the right side.
4. Click the 'credit card' link.
5. Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6. Enter your username.
7. Enter your password.
8. Click the button.
9. Click 'register' on the left side.
10. Select your test type.
11. Click the button.
12. Select your country.
13. Click the button.
14. Answer the yes/no questions.
15. Select your country again.
16. Select your state.
17. Type in your city.
18. Click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19. Select your school.
20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
21. Select your board of nursing.
22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

I took my boards today at 8am and did the pvt and it said "The candidate has previously passed this exam. A new appointment cannot be scheduled" So i hope from what this site says that means I have passed my nclex!!!!!:yeah: i had 98 questions, no math and lots of meds I have never heard of. Can't wait to get the official results though.

Yes, PVT worked for me too. I tried it 2 hours after my exam and got a GOOD POP UP. After 48 hours, I learned that I passed. =)

I am just updating- I also received the good pop up and have been very anxious for my results to arrive. Today, my envelope was in the mail. It's official- I am a nurse!! I'm so thankful and proud of us all.... We all worked really hard and sacrificed a lot and we did it! Congrats to all again & much luck to those waiting to test or for results.

This information may get lost in the millions of post but for those of you that live in Ca who can't get quick results and may not entirely trust the Pearson-vue trick, my licensed number showed up on the California Board of nursing within 3 days of taking the exam. Did not have to wait the 2-4 weeks that the test center said I would have to wait.

I took my test yesterday. I was 90% sure I failed. I went through all 265 questions. Tried the trick a couple times and nothing happened. Just tried after I put my makeup on...and I got the GOOD pop-up. I'm so happy! Now I just have to redo my makeup.

Today i took my test and did pvt trick It says "student previously passed............."

Is that mean i passed right.i had 75Q with no math. How long it will take to see my name on ca board.Plz tell me i cann't wait. :yeah::dancgrp: :dncgbby:

I took my exam today and when i got home i logged onto Pearson, I saw that delivery was successful. I took that as an okay to try to register to take the exam again, I got a pop up that said "The candidate has previously passed this exam. A new appointment cannot be scheduled." I know that the word PASSED is usually a good sign, but i know this is just a trick, so i have my doubts. I am a big worry wort and i cannot relax even with the so-called "good pop-up." I've read countless account saying that the PVT worked for them, yet i still don't feel reassured. Can i start celebrating or should i still be worried?

So I took my test today for the second time. The first time I tried the PVT and of course it took me to the cc screen. Today when I came home I tried the PVT again and got the message that my results were on hold. Im trying to figure out why I got the message. On one of my allotted breaks I went out for a smoke and when I got back the woman at the desk kinda yelled at me and asked me what I had just put into my locker. I kindly replied my water and cigs. SHe asked me if I took my cell phone and I told her that I didnt and she went around a corner to talk to someone and came back to look at my locker. She told me next time to just take the individual cigerette. I apologized and said OK....would this hold back my results. The test stopped me at 124 Q's, but Im a real slow test taker. Took me about 3 1/2 hours. Any ideas anyone???

So I took my pn nclex today and after doing the Pearson vue trick a pop up came up and said "the candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time" what does that mean? I'm kinda freakin out
