pearson vue trick still works?

I took my exams 5/27/11 (saturday),and if the pearson vue trick really works, God I will be sooooooo glad. I am so worried, couldnt sleep all night pacing around not knowing my faith. I am believing God right now. I did the pearson trick and got the good pop up. I am praying and believing that its true.Today is sunday, tomorrow is holiday that means it will be around thursday for me to see my name on the Virginia board website. Please someone help, does the trick still work?. Such a long wait.:redbeathe

Congratulations to all!!! I took the NCLEX today and it cut off at 90. I also received the good pop up but I am still worried. Keep my prayers lifted up!!!!

I'm sooo tired of waiting. Took NCLEX last Thursday 6/9, and no official word. Still geting good pop-up, but my interim license is still showing on BRN site. I know, 3 days to 6 weeks here in CA to find out. But c'mon:mad:

So I just took the NCLEX-PN @2:45p and I went to 203 questions..did the trick @7:38p and according to it I passed!! Now my mind is at ease and I can have fun until I get my quick results. :)

Im still un easy knowing i had a good pop up since i took my nclex pn 2 days ago, i live in california which doesnt participate to quick result.. I dny know if i should celebrate coz i had a good pop up or study again.. I have to wait weeks jusy to wait for the official result :(

CA is really strict? TX is pretty liberal when it comes to the quick results. They'll be up on Saturday...

hi everyone,

i am from ny and graduted 2 years ago but i was unable to take my nclex-rn till now b/c my just 13 yr old son had a near fatal accident that left him in a mcs (he is home with me with nursing care). i took my exam thursday 6/16 at 1pm 101 questions. having been out of school for so long i really didnt think i had a chance passing the first time. at 6pm i tried the pvt and got the "candidate currently has test results that are on hold" msg. i stalked the pvt relentlessly and at 7:45pm the msg changed and i got the [color=#00b050]'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam - this is supposed to mean i passed. it is now saturday 12:30pm and pearson still will not let me access my "quick results" via phone or website. it is so hard waiting ... i think i passed based on the good pop-up, but i will not rest until i get the unofficial results.

[color=#2f4f4f]i did do some research about the pvt and because i am a former computer manager i understand the potential logic behind the different pop-ups that i am sharing here.

[color=#2f4f4f]if you follow the instructions to re-register:

here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the nclex exam on the pearson vue web site:

your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

1) go to: http://www.vue.com/nclex

2) select 'test taker services' tab at top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter username.

7) enter password.

8) click button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click button.

12) select your country.

13) click button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click button.

a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select month and year you graduated

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click button

very important:

at this point, one of three possible scenarios will happen:

1)if you get a message that says:

'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.

this message has nothng to do with passing or failin!!! it just means that they are still doing several things:

a) grading your exam a second time by hand to confirm accuracy (done for every exam)

b) still reviewing the video recording of your entire test time,

c) still reviewing records, paper work, etc …

d) or the results have not been uploaded yet

obviously the volume of tests submitted concurrently will affect how long the results take. possibly the results will not be uploaded until your test time expires (6hrs for rn).

regardless, just keep trying until you get one of the results below.

2)if you get a message that says:

[color=#00b050]'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time[color=#00b050].', that means [color=#00b050]you passed. but this means you only passed the exam, they still have to review records and video to ensure there is no fraud or cheating - hense the delay.

3)if you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, thatmeansyou failed

everything i researched says the pop-up are accurate to the senarios above.

Well I live in Texas..(obviously hence the name lol) and I have about 1 more hour left and I am so anxious!! I got the good pop up but i really don't wanna celebrate until I see PASS!! But thanks to the "trick" I've been sleeping for the past 2 nights. lol I will let you guys know if I pass!TTYL!

Worked for me! Took NCLEX 6/16 for 75 questions, did the PVT 6x or so, each time getting the good pop up, paid today to see "PASS"

Hey Everyone,

I took my NCLEX-PN Friday, June 17. I got cut off at 85 and left feeling like I didn't do so well. I knew my stuff, but some of these questions were just crazy. I tried the PVT and get the "good pop up". I can get my results in 6h, and I hope this is right! I actually am in school for my RN and if I fail I don't know if I even want to bother spending the money to take the PN test over again.

I'll keep updated if the PVT works or not.

Well I can assure you it works. I was skeptical too but I took my test on Thursday and I got the good pop up all day. I paid for my results on Yesterday and I passed! So it's as accurate as they say! So congrats to you because u passed :)
