Thought I'd start a 2014 PVT poll

"Good" pop up says: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

"Test on hold" pop up says: "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold"

"Credit card page": takes you to the credit card page to make a payment.

I'm going out of my mind. I took my NCLEX-RN exam 3/12/14. Never bothered to do a quick results view 2 days from that day. However, was able to do the Pearsonvue trick 3/13/14 and sent me to CC page. I was devastated and never bothered to fill out the information to register again until I received the "good" pop-up yesterday, 3/16: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." This made my heartbeat skip a little. So, to verify, I did this a couple more times, trying to register again and the "good" pop-up would appear.

So, I had to verify again and wanted to see "unofficially" there was a change in my status. Lo and behold, I paid to see the quick results view only to find out that I failed:/ However, I cannot register for an NCLEX exam. It's 3/17/14 and I am in search for answers as to why I "failed" and cannot register with a "good" pop-up? I put my information over and over again and I still get, "Our records indicate...". So confusing. I may be the 1% that this pearsonvue trick is not accurate.

So, I did what the "good" pop-up told me to do. Call the state board of nursing. All they told me was to wait 45 days and call pearsonvue. I called pearsonvue and they said that there's a problem with the computer and I should be able to register tomorrow and if it doesn't resolve, to call back.

So, my theory is as follows:

1. There was a glitch in the computer system and I actually did fail the exam

2. This might be pearsonvue's attempt to stop this pearsonvue trick

3. There was an error on their part and reviewed my exam again and I actually did pass

I'm hoping for the best. Hoping for my No. 3 theory to be correct, but this pearsonvue trick is giving me the run around. All I have to do now is to wait in the mail. I hope to see a big envelope this time. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

The good pop-up works. Took the Nclex exam on 3-10-14. Tried the PVT 30 minutes after completion and got the good pop-up. For peace of mind, I paid the $8 for the quick results and it was official, I passed. ;)

I tested a week ago and I did the PV trick and got the "good pop up". I didn't do the quick results I just waited and checked my BON a few days after getting the pop up. Congratulations everyone! ;)

Thanks for this poll and thread! The results are a little bit reassuring that my good pop will carry over to a passing score. These have been some incredibly stressful 26 hours, 22 to go.

How accurate is the PVT trick!?! Took my nclex yesterday and ever since, I've been trying the trick and it says "our records indicate that you have recently schedued this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."..... Kinda freakin out having to wait, this isn't the first time I've taken the exam so I'm nervous about whether or not I passed!

Tested 27 Mar 2014, good pop up 2 hours later, Az. BON confirmed, I had passed by 0800 next day.
