Soo it did work! Got my quick results on Saturday and I passed. SO happy!

Hi all, took my NCLEX (for the second time) this morning. It shut off at 90-something questions.. tried the PVT and got the "good" pop-up. I just wanted to share that I do know of at least 2 instances (for sure) where the trick DID NOT work. In other words, 2 friends of mine got the "good" pop up when they tried to register and later found out that they failed. The reason for the 'fake out' in both cases was a technical error with their hand-print on the electronic scanner device at the beginning of the appointment. From what I've gathered, the VAST MAJORITY of the time the PVT does work, but there are rare instances where it doesn't. I'm in CT.. not sure if it's just our test centers that are screwy or not. Wish I could relax, SO nervous. I'll come back and update once I find out my results
