Pearson Vue Trick NCLEX RN 2017 265 Questions Wisconsin

Hey all!

I wanted to give a quick update to the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT) 2017. While looking for if the "trick" still worked, I didn't see much updated info, and wanted to hopefully alleviate some stress on new grads. I took NCLEX Jan 10th 2017, and got all 265 questions. I started at 8am and finished around 11am. I came home and cried my eyes out thinking I failed, because I assumed getting all the questions was a bad thing. Long story short I tried the PVT by trying to reregister for nclex at about 2pm (I told myself I was going to wait until the next day, but I just couldn't!). I used a current credit card, but put in the incorrect exp date and cvc. I got the "good popup" but wasn't convinced. The good pop up says something about you have already registered for the test blah blah and will not take your money. I tried again later in the evening, maybe around 6ish and got the same result. I was slightly more hopeful, but still not convinced. In Wisconsin we have an OLAS application website I checked also, and next to my nclex results it turned green and said met. At exactly 8am the next day I got the official email from the State of Wisconsin that I had passed, and contained my RN number. I also bought the quick results which said pass.... Soooo long story short the PVT worked for me in 2017!

Clerk at testing center only knew about the Quick Results, and that wasn't available until nearly 48 hours later. Used the PearsonVue trick same evening, and it said I had already scheduled the exam and another could not be scheduled at that time--the good pop-up. I did, in fact pass!

I would be willing to pay to find out what my score was, but a quiz of 85 questions with 15 that don't count (those questions are being tested) is just 70 questions and is not comprehensive. Not with three cardiac strip questions and not a single dosage calculation.

Grateful to have AllNurses to consult!

What good everyone. Long time lurker of this forum which kept me sane after taking my NCLEX. I made this account to say that the PVT is still alive as of Dec. 18th 2017. I got the "GOOD POP UP" which states, "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

I took my NCLEX in CALIFORNIA. Finished with 75 questions in 45mins (I'm a fast test taker, yolo). I felt like i didnt know any of the material, and i coud've sworn that i failed. I've heard that its normal to feel that way after the NCLEX from hella people. I also experienced it myself. Turns out that i PASSED.

Here's my time line:

Dec. 18 830am: Took NCLEX

Dec. 18 915am: Finished NCLEX

Dec. 18 945am: Received Email from Pearson Vue (PV) stating that I've "completed" the NCLEX (indicating that its been graded by CPU)

Dec. 18 1200pm: Pearson Vue Trick with GOOD POP UP

Dec. 19 10am: 24+ hours post PV "completed" email (this is where it should've been graded by human)

Dec. 20 1am: RN License posted on California BRN Website (BreezeCA) - less than 48hrs after finishing the NCLEX

Merry Christmas everyone! Good luck! Keep it lit. Gang, gang.

I'm just gonna let you know that it might cost $200 to perform this trick, because id you failed it supposed to make you pay 200 and if it make you pay 200 and you passed, now you gotta call pearson vue and ask for a refund. Psh, wait 48 hours. Everyone feel like they failed. 85% of people pass. Those are good odds. What's your schools pass rate? Those are the odds that matter. Don't do this trick unless you have $200 dollars to waste.

Hi ! I took my LVN exam yesterday. Finished at 104 questions and did the PVT today. So i put in my card details clicked submit but the message cane up saying "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration can not be made at this time"...Is this a good thing! Pls help cause im just so nervous my brains aint thinking right!! Thank you

That is the "good pop-up," meaning that in theory, you passed, so you should not be billed for taking that test again.

A previous poster misunderstood something. When you "do the PVT" and enter your school info and credit card details, you can type in the wrong date or wrong security code on the credit card. Then the next $200 can't be billed if you failed. In that case, you are supposed to get a message about wrong card info. I typed in the wrong date and got the "good pop-up," "...Another registration cannot be made at this time." I passed LVN exam with 85 questions, 25 SATAs (no dosage calculations but one Q about ins and outs), and I was unsure about nearly every question, in December of 2017.

Still looking for work, but that is a whole 'nother issue, ain't it?

I know right! Thank you so much for your reply. I want to go further for the RN programme so im looking into programmes right now. Hopefully i can find a job as a part time LVN. All the best to you!

Hello Everyone,

I took my NCLEX on Friday Jan 26, 2018 with 75 questions. Most of the test was SATA questions. When I finished I felt good, and then an hour later the anxiety started kicking in to the point that I was not able to fall asleep. Thankfully this page PVT Trick: 150,000 people can't be wrong. Tutoring Available. along with this blog helped me with the anxiety. I tried the PVT and I did not get charged when I clicked "submit" and got the pop-up stating that I had recently taken the exam and was not able to make a payment. Based on what I read if you get that pop-up you passed the exam. After waiting 48 hours (exactly) I paid for the unofficial quick results and PASSED. Trying the PVT helped me a lot and I hope it helps those that still need to take the exam. Good luck.

P.S For studying I used the HESI-NCLEX Review book and the Saunders Book. My advice is to do questions a maximum of 100 per day.

I just took my NCLEX yesterday. Got all questions. Have tried the PRT last night and this morning with the good sign. I'm still a wreck however. Does anyone know how long it takes Arizona to post results? Congratulation to everyone out there. We did it! :)

I just wrote it, shut off at 165. I'm freaking out. No idea how I did, I feel like I knew or could rationalize most of the answers, didn't really have to just flat out guess on too many. I don't know what a "Good Pop up" means

I legit just finished it though like 45 min ago so do I need to wait 24 hours?! Someone calm me down haha

I'm sure you did great!

Did you try the trick? What did it say? From what i've read on this forum, the "Good Popup" usually means you passed... but don't hold your breath until you actually get the letter in the mail

but again, i'm sure you did great! :)

Thanks, this stress is crazy haha

When I first got home I tried it (about 50 min - 1 hour after the NCLEX), I typed in my credit card info and went to the next page. All I got was "This transaction is not complete until you hit Submit", I never hit Submit though. That's the only thing that it said in big red letters. Not sure what that means?
