3) click 'register' on the right side.
4) click the 'credit card' link.
5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6) enter your username.
7) enter your password.
? click the button.
9) click 'register' on the left side.
10) select your test type.
11) click the button.
12) select your country.
13) click the button.
14) answer the yes/no questions.
15) select your country again.
16) select your state.
17) type in your city.
18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19) select your school.
20) select the month and year of your graduation.
21) select your board of nursing.
22) click the button.
Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

i tried the PVT and got a good pop up.. what does it mean? i checked my name at the permanent license verification and my name was not there. i took the exam last july 10.. any idea?
hi, im new to this site although i've lurked on here for about two years. i just wanted to chime in. i took my nclex-pn in ca on sat 7/9. i got 95 questions, and felt pretty good about the test, which kinda worries me, because all of my classmates said it was horrible and they passed. i did the pvt and got the good 'pop up.' now i just have to wait 4-6 wks for my actual results. now it's just a matter of staying busy so i don't go crazy!
I graduated with high honors and that didn't mean squat when it came to the NCLEX the questions were off the hook and at least 20 meds I had no clue about I hope PVT is a good indicator.
I just tried the pvt and it doesn't let me go to cc info and just says this :"Our records indicate that you already exist in our system." does this mean its a good pop up even tho it doesnt say "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam" ?????? I am really scared and nervous .
CA is slow. If you got the 'good' pop up then, I would try to relax a bit, which is what I am doing. You took it on a saturday, so hopefully yuo should know something by tomorrow. Hang in there! I have not seen anyone get the 'good pop up' and fail, so hopefully that gives you a little comfort, but I TOTALLY know how you are feeling!
slrberry: yea tnx alot! i just cant stay calm.. well its my 2nd time taking the nclex-rn exam. the first time i took it and did thr PVT i went to the cc page. then after that i recieved the failed letter...
