Part 1 (the original thread)--

Pearsonvue "Trick". Is this TRUE? Does it Work Every Time?

Poll to take once you have received your response--

Pearson Vue Trick - Poll once you receive your results

Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Has anyone ever got a good pop-up and failed? I am so scared because I got the "good" pop-up but I felt like I did horribly. I don't want to get my hopes up with getting a good pop-up and fail :( I had 75 questions and that is scaring me!

i made very good grades in school and ati comprehensive tests, etc...when i took state boards i almost started crying at question 30 and really just wanted to click thru the rest because i was so outdone. i know i even screwed up a simple math prob due to being so distraught. not one, i repeat, not one question came from anything i studied...and i felt sure about 3 questions only. when it cut off at 75 i almost thru up, and felt a panic attack and heart attack coming on. i came home and found this site, tried it, and got the good pop up. if i hadnt, i think i woulda needed sedation for the next two days. i checked for the pop up continuously for the next two days and kept getting the same good pop up, but still didnt believe it because i did so bad. found out today i passed. pvt does work. hallelujah! praise to GOD and prayer works people!!!!

I got the "good" pop-up when I tried the trick and I'm wishing and praying and hoping its correct and I passed. I too felt very much the same as others have described after leaving the testing center today. I was a very good student in school, got good grades, etc. I took the Kaplan review and did all the question trainers and was scoring well according to Kaplan. I felt horrible during the test today and thought I was failing... felt like I knew nothing! It was so hard! My heart was practically pounding out of my chest. It was so nerve-racking! Not like what I expected at all! I really hope that it is true that I passed and hope that this is of some help to those of you who also felt really nervous after the test... you are not alone! Good vibes sent out to all who are waiting for official results :nurse:

I took the NCLEX-RN on the 6th, felt awful when I left the test site. I kept getting delegation/prioritization questions, and only a few SATA; tried this "trick" about two hours later, got the good pop-up and today I found out I passed.. I'm officially a believer in the PearsonVue Trick :D

I got the good pop up!!!! After 24 hours of being told that my results were "on hold", I finally got the infamous "you have recently scheduled, contact your member board)!!!!!!! I pray that this is true and 100% accurate as it seems to be! I have read hundreds of posts that confirm that it stayed true for them!!! Please let me know if anyone has had results that conflicted with the PVT!

Got the Good pop up about an hour after testing and Did the quick results WE PASSED!!! I am a true believer in the PVT!!! Congrats to my fellow nurses!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::dancgrp::dancgrp:

Another vouch for PVT, Me and My girlfriend took the NCLEX RN on 6/6 and check PVT 1-2 hours after and we got the good pop up. On 6/9 today out names appeared on BRN.

I took the NCLEX RN, 75 questions, 75 minutes on June 5, 2011...Tried the PVT about 20 minutes after the test, and later the same afternoon and got the good pop up! I got my results June 7, 2011 and they confirmed that I passed! I should have my license number in the next few days! I am officially a nurse!

...now to get a job ;)

I took the exam here in Utah on June 7th around 2 P.M. Came right home which took about an hour from the testing center and got the good pop up. I of course didn't believe it because when I left I knew I had failed. But by 11 P.M. on June 8th my License was on the DOPL website as active. So glad I passed! BTW it shut off at 85 questions NCLEX-PN
