14) answer the yes/no questions.
15) select your country again.
16) select your state.
17) type in your city.
18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19) select your school.
20) select the month and year of your graduation.
21) select your board of nursing.
22) click the button.
Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I think it's understandable when you're worry, even myself too, can't stop checking it. I just wish time went faster. Remember, still having a good pop up is a good sigh and my good pop up has been the same for 3 days...Sure, I will keep you posted it...I'll pray for you too.

PVT worked for me!!! I didn't think it would because i'm in Cali, which doesn't have quick results, so I just thought for some reason it wouldn't work properly.. i was VERY skeptical.
So I took the exam on Wed (12/8), completelyyyy thought I bombed it! I cried soo hard on my way back (82-85q, only 6 SATA), my first time taking it. I ran home and tried PVT and it gave me the "good popup". It calmed me a bit, but I was STILL certain I failed the exam (I just knew I'd be the ONE person out of 1000+ that would get the good popup and still fail). Anyway, I was told it takes 4-6weeks for Cali to send pass/fail letter which was KILLING ME, I had to know! Thanks to the forums I learned that you can sometimes see your name on the Board of Nursing site wayyy before the letter is sent. SO i stalked the BON site q3hrs lol (seriously). I am happy to announce that on Saturday (12/11) at 4AM MY NAME AND LICENSE # were right there on the site!!!!!!!! I AM OFFICIALLY A REGISTERED NURSE!!!!!!! :nurse::nurse:
Cali people (and everyone else), PVT DOESSS WORK, I PROMISE YOU!!!!! And check the BON site exactly 3 days after your exam and you will see (or not see) your name!!!!! BEST OF LUCK!!! :D :D :coollook:

Yea, I have had the good pop up since Thursday right after I took the test, I thought I bombed it completely..This was my first time of taking it. Good to know that you're from Milpitas...hope I will get to see my name posted on the BON site soon...pray for me.

oh I see...I have a friend who was my classmate and she took it on Wednesday in SF....I finished at 160 questions, and I wasn't sure if I got my last question right or wrong. I'm a slow test taker, so I spent like 6hrs just to finish 160 questions...yea you heard it right..hehe. My goal was to make sure that I got every question right and expected to finish at 75 questions. So when I reached the 75th question, my heart started beating faster but it went to 160 questions. By the time I got out, I realized i was the last person there and had a heavy headache. When I got home, I told my mom that I failed it because I guessed a lot and had a lot of SATA, Priority and Math. Then realized that there is a PVT, so that's how I got to this site.
According to someone said, the BON usually update the list around 2am from Monday -Friday, so does that mean pass this midnight at 2am, we can check it?

haha...you know what I hate the most, it's SATA. I kept getting SATA question one after another, and I started to freak out. I think I have no problem doing the math questions...now I know why more math questions kept throwing out at me. I used Hurst Review, Saunder and Kaplan to study...but I felt like there is no other test like the NCLEX, despite how similar the Kaplan is.
2am is what I heard from other people, I guess different states update their list differently...but 6AM sounds good, at least I can still have some sleep. I think I'm gonna do a quick search on this site to see what other people comments about when the Ca-BON site update.
