Pearson says I passed still no license from NM

Hello,

So I took the NCLEX on Tuesday, paid for my results from Pearson yesterday and they said I passed. Most everyone I know who has passed the NCLEX in the state of New Mexico has had the license number posted the day after they took the exam. I'm nervous because the lady told me it could take up to two weeks for results to be entered and mailed out to me. Has anyone else had this problem of having to wait a fairly lengthy about of time to receive their licensure number?

Congratulations nurse! I am in NM too. This is currently happening to several classmates/friends of mine who took their tests earlier this week so I wouldn't sweat it too much if Pearson said you passed. I had to call the BON to inquire about the status of my ATT as it had been several weeks since I had submitted my app, and they informed me that they are currently swamped with applications which slows down the entire process for everybody. Be glad that you don't live in California, I have heard of people waiting 6+ weeks after testing to get their licenses. I am sure that you will have your license number on the BON website within a week or so.

Took my NCLEX yesterday. A classmate called the NM BON and discovered that they are down one clerk which is why applicants are waiting longer than usual for ATTs and license numbers to post. I guess we just have to be patient :/

Yes, I received my license number and "certificate" in the mail. Thank you. I figured something was going on, normally it just doesn't take that long to get results. Good luck with NCLEX!!
