Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

On the medical history it says if we dont get the hepatitis B we need a declination form.. I emailed ms. boles and she just said "see welcome packet attachment" but it wasnt there. Do we just check no in that box?

I agree. Im getting mine from medisave. Im not sure which one yet! In honestly thinking about retaking the CPR class with took guys so that I have a good refresher. How far in advance do you have to register?

Ah, the days have just been flying by since we found out about our acceptance! I'm going to order my pin and get my uniform today. I'll be going to NMS next week and, as another poster said, they just go by walk-in appointments. My primary physician is booked through August 17th with physicals :/ so I'll be looking elsewhere... Hope all of the paperwork is going well for you all!

Yes! I have completed almost everything as well! I went to nms, ordered my uniform, got my physical and shots today....and got my CPR scheduled. I even went to the bookstore to see I books were available- but they are not in yet. He said check again late July or early August. Hope everyone is getting everything smoothly!!
