Published

Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

Specializes in CVICU, CCU, MICU.
By itself. It's a very difficult class. Lots of memorization and understanding of what the drug does, side effects, action, purpose, death effect lol, contraindications, etc.

Taking it with core classes is doable but it will prove to be very challenging. Especially of you plan to hold a job. If you can- do it without any other courses. You'll be glad you did!

Good advice, I 2nd that

Thank you for that but i just figured out, i have to take it becuase for financial aid, wish me luck !!

Haha! Cool - good luck! If you can, start studying chapter 13. It's the basis for a lot of what you learn for the year and for nursing in general.
