Hi everyone!! I probably am jumping the gun by posting this already but I'm too excited and just can't believe I'm finishing up my last semester of pre reqs for the program. I take my HESI on Feb 16th. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has also taken the hesi and what would be the best study guide to get. Here's to hoping for a great fall!!! :D

I'm not sure which it is for either but I seen 76 as the class average too! I'm waiting on grades to post so I can turn in my application. I was looking over the packet they give out at the RN Info Sessions and was wondering if we really need to turn in high school transcripts to the Limited Access Program Office if we are already students at PBSC...I mean shouldn't it already be on record?

No they already have them on file. I applied last week. Ugh.. June needs to hurry up and get here :)

Oh okay! Good:) I was gonna say... So Michelle are you ready for summer semester? I started reading for critical thinking and I'm going to read a chapter for phatm today! I'm glad there is someone in the same classes as me! Im going to be on campus all day tues n thurs=/

Almost ready lol. I havent bought that med. language book. I was going to rent it but I didnt know if we needed the access code or CD. Ill probably just buy it next week. I only looked thru the pharm book.. Is pharm and critical the only classes that you are taking? Copeland sent an email that we dont have to come on Thursdays to class, only Tuesday! I was surprised, i never had a class that was like that. Ill probably just study on tuesdays with the extra time lol

Lol well if you want you can read off of mine during our break time or make copies if you don't want to buy it. I got all of my books from amazon this time. Unfortunately I'm taking American Lit online and that communication class SPC1017 MTWR from 415-630( Only for summer A thank god). The VA is making me take the classes to complete my AA or they won't pay for Pharmacology or Critical Thinking. Yeah I got Copeland's email...I will definitely be staying to study on Tuesdays too because if not I will be home with the kids trying to figure out how to get my work done lol!!

Lol wow u really are there all day! Thanks alot for that but ill probably just end up getting the one for rent it's only $25. That's so nice tho:) That's cool that the VA covers your classes, your gunna be so busy tho, that's a full course load. (I couldnt do it lol)

I was taking six classes for spring, I have one final over the weekend and I'm done. It wasn't impossible so I'm sure I will be okay, stressed out...but okay. I just wish there was a little break between semesters.

I think the class average thing is pretty accurate.. When I took the Hesi in Feb the average was a 71 so it keeps getting a little higher.

@Mjmommy Yea If u did 6 Im sure ull be fine with it.:)

@Mkearns yea I hope, that would be great news for us!! I hope it doesn't get too high lol

I hope all of us with these good scores get in, I mean a lot if people didn't pass the HESI so there's hope... i'm applying next week after my grades get posted. Did any of you attach copies of your hesi and procalc scores to the application?

Oh bye the way :(I took my hesi on april 20th at pbsc and the class average was 80.. so I guess it raised up from when you guys took it? I don't know...

That's a good question. Im wondering the same thing. Any one turn in anything other than the application and work experience?
