Good day to all!I don't know if this question was already asked before, I am just so curious to know the truth about it.
Is there a pay rate difference between a Philippine board passer from a non-Philippine board passer? Assuming that they are both NCLEX-RN passer and luckily got a job in the US.
Is there an added pay rate for CGFNS passer eventhough CGFNS is not required in that particular state?
I dont thinks so, It more of the skills and years of experience that they will consider.

That's good to hear. However, how can a nurse gain experience if he/she is not registered in the Phils. Does this mean he/she must take the NLE?
Are you referring to Phil base experience or US based experience?

A year or two of experience in the Philippines will still bring you in as a new grad to the US. The experience in the Philippines is also very unlike what nursing in the US is actually like.
