I actually used the Pearson NCLEX review series. Both the large volume and the smaller exam cram. I had the Saunders but it really just gave me a headache. I took about 3000 practice questions from all three. I think the most helpful resource were the the memory notecards I got from Mosby's( I used the Pharm, patho, and fluids versions). They're expensive and kinda silly looking but they really helped. That being said I still just feel really lucky to have passed because for a vast majority of the content (recall, medical knowledge, pharm, etc) I was not even close to being prepared for. Know your prioritization, don't stress too bad on meds cuz it is impossible to prepare for all of them, know you're endocrine (all of it) and just take as many practice questions as possible. The nclex questions won't be like the practice but passing the test is probably more about being good at testing that knowing all the material. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Took the NCLEX 9/23. Felt horrible taking so many questions but I made it. What a relief!
