Passed NCLEX RN 2nd time 2018/ License Endorsement question

Hello everyone! The last time i posted here was when I failed the NCLEX RN on my first try. Today, i just found out that I passed the NCLEX RN! It's not sinking in yet but I'm really grateful.

I took the test Feb. 1, 2018 and my computer stopped at 265. I thought I failed cause the questions were really difficult and it took me 6 hours to take the test, I was the last person in the room that day. With God's grace, I passed and now I am a US RN!!

However, Im licensed in New York but I am currently living in California and would like to settle here instead. Does anyone know how i can meet the reciprocity or how it works, so I could just live and work as an RN here in California instead?

That's awesome, thank you! But do you have any idea if i should still meet any requirement and work in New York before i can endorse my license?Some of my friends told me that before the whole endorsement process, i should still work as an RN at the state which i applied to? omg im so confused.
