Passed NCLEX with 78 questions

All I can say is I didn't think I knew the answer to a single question, and this includes medications I have NEVER heard of in my life. And, when the computer shut off at 78...I freaked. BUT...you can pass with the minimum amount of questions. Good luck to everyone.
