For those who may have failed NCLEX the first time. STOP BEING DEPRESSED! I failed my first time and was upset, but kept telling myself that I was not the first person to fail and I won't be the last. I took the earliest test date available after 45 days and passed the second time around!
This is my first post so I just wanted to share a couple things that helped me. Good luck and don't give up! Remember to PRAY.

Great post! ! Same here! ! Failed my first time causer I thought I was rain main and didn't need to study. Clearly was a Terrible idea. Have myself ONE day to be depressed and miserable but the following day made a study scheduled and stuck to it. 45 days later, I passed. Waiting b the six weeks ducks, failing can be traumatic. But use it as a learning experience and do beget next time! !
Sorry for all the Grammer/spelling issues. Just switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy4 and I can't get the swipe thing down Lol :-)
Thanks for replying and thinking about the 45 day wait is horrible, but it comes faster than you would think! Definitely a learning experience, but a good one!

Great post and very inspiring, i recently just failed NCLEX I feel so lost and don't know what to study anymore.. I would love to take a review class but there aren't sufficient funds... did you use the HURST book or online class? I don't know when i should schedule my next test

Congrats first of all mursec!!!!! To echo what you just said, I would definitely study infection/safety PRECAUTIONS, PRIORITY, SATA, and also make sure to know what the patient looks like with certain illnesses. I passed my exam but that was my plan had things showed a different outcome.
Thanks for reading and if you are like myself then you feel like you know everything already, but my biggest issue was knowing how to answer the questions. NCLEX is not very med surg based it is mostly about safety! I did Hurst online so I can watch videos and stuff whenever I wanted which was good so I watched maybe like 3 videos a day and did questions. They also have 6 practice test at the end 125 questions a piece that were very helpful. I would schedule it as soon as available because you know this information you just have to practice answering questions. Hurst was $300 for the online portion, but I heard there is something on the NCSBN website that people use that is less than $100 so give that a try. Good luck!
