I tested on June 26th, 2014 and sent in my application and check on July 1, 2014.
I was looking at some of the names on the website, and it looks like some licenses are being processed from July 11, 2014.
Does anyone know what is going on, or how behind they are? How long did it take before your name appeared on idfpr?

I just called 2 days ago and I was told that, "due to the renewals that have been received" they are back-logged and are averaging 6-8 WEEKS!!!! I sent mine in on July 8th; I'm really hoping I get it posted by August 6th!!

I just passed in Illinois as well on 7-16-14. So I have to send in $50 to the Illinois Board of Nursing in order to get my license? When will I be able to at least get my license number so that I can apply for jobs with it? I'm new to this state so I don't have anyone to answer these questions. Thank you!
You have to send in $50 check or money order in order to get your license, even to get your number on the website. They told me 6-8 weeks. Congrats on passing!!
Oh my goodness, that is insane! Am I still able to apply for jobs without a license number? Where is the application form to fill out located so I can send it in ASAP?
You can apply but I have not gotten ANYWHERE just typing in "License Pending" into the license number line. They will send you a Continental Testing letter and on the bottom, you have to tear off the bottom, sign the signature line and send it in with the $50. The state of IL stinks!
Thanks so much for the information-you saved me from sitting on hold for three hours with the state. Ugh, this is so frustrating!
You're welcome! "Welcome" to IL...:-)
And congratulations!
This is ridiculous, the application says no more than 4 weeks! I have been applying to jobs, I do not get rejected right away if it's a new grad posting, but most places won't consider you if you don't have a number, which is now taking them 6-8 weeks apparently.
brassguy, I have been writing "license processing," instead of pending, not sure if it does anything but thought it would be more indicative that I have already taken the exam.
Update, I called today, July 21st.
They are processing applications that they have received on June 12th. They wouldn't tell me about how long until they process July 1st, when I sent mine in. So it sounds like applications from 5.5 weeks ago are just now getting processed!
brassguy, if you sent yours in on July 11 it probably won't get process until mid-August. Mine won't be processed for another two weeks still!
