From a recruiter: Next round opens in June. It was highly recommended to have a nurse colleague or manager send an internal referral to departments you want to work on.

They also have waitlists for those who interviewed in the event someone declines an offer at any point.

Regretting not doing this but all of this is great information. Definitely get a referral from any colleagues if you currently work in healthcare.

Stay determined and hopeful to all those who didn't get it. There's always another door.

I used to work at Parkland. I know someone who works on the unit I applied to and they know the manager. No interview or offer sadly. It's hard to get in. That person I know got hired on the third attempt, which is crazy cause they used to be the floors HUC/tech 😳
