Wait are you serious ? That's crazy work but that's like that at the other health care systems I don't even know what there looking for at this point the BSN doesn't matter I didn't nurse externships that doesn't matter at this point I feel like applications are being pulled at random

That's really crazy for not giving you an opportunity for all those years. I'm really ssorry. May be you could talk to someone about this?
Do people ever get offers after rejections get sent out in the instance others reject offers at any time, even a month later due to another hospital offer?
It's discouraging to have such a good interview and even have someone one the panel tell me they hope I get it with a hug just to get rejected. 🙃

Yes because medical city will be doing a second round , Baylor, Methodist, and THR so it's a possibility it's happened plenty of times

Not foul or devious. The panel was 6 people total and they could have had individuals with bsn's they liked apply. I will have an adn. It could even be something as small as someone else being bilingual.
It's important not to answer rejection with malice and take it as a growing experience. I still enjoy that unit and just hope someone doesn't accept.
They have to do what's best for the unit. It was still a great experience. I'm just bummed because I liked everyone on that floor so much.

Same, the only saving grace is that I hope that people have accepted offers from other units at parkland or other hospitals for us to have at least a shot at talking to someone. Based on what I was told, the OR conducts their own interviews in March but who knows at this point.
