To everyone bummed not to get offers, take it with grace and grow from it. It's important to maintain healthy relationships even in light of rejection. We never know if we'll get another chance in the future as a regular resident. Just getting an interview in a hugely competitive job is a win with experience that sharpens us.
There were folks who may be applying with more experience, higher degrees, and even some who have already been nurses.
Stay positive and keep going.
