Hi @Newbynurse95 , I had no previous ER experience. Only experience I had was from my capstone from nursing school.

OR and ICU?  That is an unusual pair of choices!  Usually the folks who are temperamentally inclined to OR are NOT interested in ICU and vice versa.  I fear that you may not be clear about the realities of those settings, or not being honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses.

It really isn't an unusual pair of choices. I've met nurses that that have bounced from ICU to OR or vs. Also as a new nurse I'm allowed to have choices and my choices aren't a reflection of my strengths and weaknesses.

Anyone here that still hasn't received their ATT? Nor their grad permit? Some people in my cohort has received both but I haven't and time is cutting down.
