Apparently it's an issue with the board, they've been slow to get everyone's done! This is not just your school I've heard about it a lot

I had to call and they literally said mine was just sitting there. So I would call until it’s resolved, they were able to process mine right then and there!

As far as timeline.. I applied in January for OR, NICU, and L&D. I was contacted towards the end of January for an OR interview for early February. Then got contacted for a NICU interview late February. I hadn't heard back from either and it said pending review. I just got an interview invite for L&D on 3/15, had my interview the morning of 3/22 and they offered me later that evening if that helps. Some departments seem to take longer than others
