Hey guys! Just wanted to start this thread for everyone who has applied to Parkland or who is thinking of applying! ?

Has anyone gotten a job in the PCU? I just accepted an offer today and would like to get to know people!

Yes. It starts at 24.52 for residency. Once we start as RN I it goes up to 25.98/hr. Plus shift differentials.

I recieved an offer for Med Surg Trauma/General surgery. Anyone else? Anyone else hella nerves but oh so excited? LOL 

Definitely thought it was weird and I think it's even weirder that someone said it took 1.5-2.5 months to get theirs last year!

I was offered a position for Mother/baby... im so excited. maybe we will all get to meet in orientation.

Im sure we all got nights right??

I was told they had 10 openings.... and she also mentioned if they didn’t reply within 48hr they would consider alternates
