I thought we should start a new tread so we could stay up to date on any news regarding Parkland. I only applied to NICU and L&D nurse resident positions and graduate in May from UTA. I'm still praying Parkland calls!!

When are the interviews for ER? I guess I missed the posting for that residency. Does it start in June or July?

I still haven't gotten an email/phone call :/ I hope they're still looking through applicants. Does anyone know if they're still contacting people?

good luck to everyone who is interviewing next week! My email said I would receive another email with a link to the dosage calculation exam. Has anyone received that yet?
@kjakob I'm not sure. Don't lose hope. They may still be conducting interviews and contacting people next week!

I got my confirmation e-mail today for my interview on April 29th. I also got an e-mail for a Prove-It session from Parkland. Anyone know what that is?

Got the same thing. I haven't taken the assessments for it yet. Anyone else?

Hey yal, I also got an interview next week for Parkland ER. I plan to decline unless they offer me position on the spot cuz I already got a job and can't play waiting game since I don't live in Dallas.; I heard that Parkland ER is super competitive, so I am not even going to expect that kind of luxury though haha. At least I will go in feeling like my life doesn't depend on it. Good luck friends.

It is a math test online. Brush up on your drip factor calculations!!
So do we potentially get two math tests? One now and another upon hire?
Is there a personality test on there too or just math?
@lildebbie - im not sure which assessments your recruiter may have assigned you, but i just took mine and it was just the dosage calculation test. Good luck!
