Parkland Feb 2014 residencies/internships

Anyone apply to Parkland for their Feb 2014 residencies/internships? Thought we could use this threat to keep in touch with one another/support one another through the process of hopefully receiving a job through them :)

I applied to SICU and ortho/med-surg. Received an email today for an interview for SICU. Super excited and nervous!

Anyone else out there?

Heyy I interviewed Thursday at 10:45am!! I'm moving to the Camden Design District apartments!! They are only about 10 mins from the hospital!!! You should look into them!! I love them!!

Todayistheday, when I call the recruiting office, they telle that they will begin the interviews in late Dec and early Jan. Idk I haven't heard anything and just need some answers

I don't know then, was just going off what my recruiter told me. Maybe she was only talking about the units she's responsible for. I don't know how it all works or how many recruiters there are. I hope for your sake they haven't started yet.

Wanger2525, I called the hr dept today and they said all the nurse residency positions have been filled. I too applied for the burn ICU as well as the trauma ICU floor. It is strange because the trauma ICU residency is still listed on the career page as an open listing. I keep hoping I was given incorrect information.
