Anyone apply to Parkland for their Feb 2014 residencies/internships? Thought we could use this threat to keep in touch with one another/support one another through the process of hopefully receiving a job through them :)

I applied to SICU and ortho/med-surg. Received an email today for an interview for SICU. Super excited and nervous!

Anyone else out there?

Hi Briterz! I just applied to the ortho/med surg (urology) and burn icu positions today. Congratulations on getting an interview. How long ago did you apply? Did you have to contact them?

I applied on the 16th and received the interview invite email on the 18th :) I did not contact them.

Did anyone have hard time while filling out application on their system? I could add anything but resume and work history. It does not let me to add any education, languages or certificates. I am not sure if it is my computer or their system. Do you guys have their phone number?

My interview is on the 10th :) I'm super nervous. I really want this but I don't know how to make myself stand out among everyone else who really wants this too ya know?

Right?! I feel you there....definitely the most difficult part! I'm sure you will do amazing though! Mine is on the 9th :) :unsure: Just ready to get it over with!

I applied to ER yesterday as well and hope to hear back from them soon. Working in the ER is my dream. I'm out of state applicant and ready to move just to get my dream job. :) Good luck to everyone who got an interview for SICU and M/S. Does anyone knows when they start interviews for ER?:unsure:
