Panel Interview Perioperative Residency Program HSS NYC

Hello.. so i have a panel interview coming up at hospital for special surgery for the Perioperative RN residency program...soo nervous can anyone give me any helpful feedback advice and or if anyone has been through this interview at HSS would be greatly appreciated thanks guys!

I am a new grad so I don't have any periop expeirence. The only question that they asked me was to define surgical conscience and why I want to be a periop nurse. Other than that it was mainly going through my resume and discussing the program. I was interviewed by two nurse managers and the nurse educator. Where is your interview at? How much nursing expeirence do you have?

I see! So did you land the job? I'm a new grad as well and I'll be going to an interview at a community hospital in Indiana~

Also, in relation to going thru your resume, what kind of behavioral question did they ask?

No behavioral questions at all. I did not land the job sadly :( but I did just interview peds post open floor so heres hoping! Best of luck to you. New grad jobs are so hard to land (especially here in nyc). If moving was an option for me I would.

Hii how can i apply to this place? i have been trying to figure out a way to apply the website doesnt even have links! i feel so stuck and i think residency programs are the BEST before you actually begin your career. it helps you get your feet wet in an area you can see yourself working in.
