National University CRNA 2024
To everyone who does not get accepted, there is one positive; We won't have to put up with this cocky a**hole for three years. I am really unsure why someone who claims to be accepted feels the need to discourage others. People who are great don't need to bring others down to feed their own ego . I am unsure if you're ready for CRNA school- you might need to go back to grade school and learn some manners. Also some basic grammar and spelling. Best of luck to everyone still waiting to hear and stay positive.

religion and interviews
Right now at my current job, I have worked the weekend schedule out by working every Sunday as opposed to alternate weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Today I had a interview at another hospital for a unit i really want to work at. I went in knowing that I would not bring up scheduling restrictions but if asked I obviously would not lie. Well the interview went well until the manager mentioned the weekend schedule at this hospital is Friday and Saturday and would this be an issue for me. Well obviously it is an issue.... I explained to her that I was religious and while I would be able to come in every Sunday and some Saturday nights, I really wouldn't be able to work a weekend night shift that's Friday and Saturday Night (Shift starts at 7:30 pm). There was a palpable feel of awkwardness but she went on and the rest of the interview continued. I know I won't get the job and it will be soley be based on the fact that I'm a religious Jew. This makes very upset. Did I do anything wrong? Could have I acted differently? Is there anything I can do now after the fact? I tried very much to convey to the manager that I am willing to be flexible and work with her. ...

Backpack for a interview
Hi. I went for the interview today and I brought my regular knapsack and just asked the receptionist to keep it at her desk. The actual interviewer did end up seeing my bag on the way out.... either way, it was no problem bc I already got the call for the second interview this Thursday !! It's for a ed fellowship for a big hospital in nyc and I am very excited.

Backpack for a interview
Hi I have a interview on Monday where I will be taking public transit to the interview and immediately heading out to my current rn job go after. Would it be OK to bring my backpack? I need my scrubs to change into after and i won't have a car to store my stuff in. And if i do bring it do u think I can ask the person at the desk to hold it for me? Or just bring it into the interview and say I'm heading to work after... Or bring it and say nothing ? Tips advice please!
